Clifford Intelliguard 7000 or Clifford Matrix 3.5RS
Which one is better? I like the intelliguard because of the blackjax feature and im not too sure what the 3.5 has that comparable to that.. The intelliguard was still manufactured under the clifford name not DEI. But then again i can have the intelliguard removed from my car and sell that as well as the 3.5 and just get the avantguard 4... still manufactured under the Clifford name not DEI... so what do you guys think?

There's nothing wrong with the current Clifford products made under DEI. Over the years, DEI alarms have a lower failure rate than Clifford products. DEI kept key Clifford personnel (design engineers, tech support reps) to continue the Clifford tradition but with DEI's manufacturing and marketing prowess.
Each of the units you mentioned have their own advantages. In terms of pure security that will give you the best peace of mind, the AG4 will be the top choice. The 3.5RS will give the "cool" factor because of the 2-way feature. You can setup a 3.5RS to be secure but not as secure as the AG4 or the IG7000. The main security differences between the IG7000 and the AG4 are the battery backup siren, wireless immobilizer, dual-zone proximity sensor and the tilt/motion sensor. Other than that, the AG4 has more convenience-related features.
If you're open to other brands other than Clifford, I would recommend the Autopage RF850LCD. With my install, I have been able to make it just as secure as any of the Clifford units. With this unit, you get the 2-way feature, anti-carjacking and multiple starter/ignition/fuel kills.
If you're stuck on Clifford, go with the AG4.
