Does anyone have a feedback with this car alarm system???

I sell them. They work pretty good. Remote starts are ok on Hondas but bad on fords/diesels.

I used to carry them as an entry level alarm, pretty good bang for the buck 94

my friend has one in his prelude that he bought from bestbuy about a year ago and both remotes crapped out on him.

First year my store was open (Best Buy) we sold like 10 of them and every single one came back... There's a reason why we don't carry them anymore... The AudioVox replacements aren't much better though...

I have to say this... BW is definitely better than Bulldog... lol

I bought one on ebay and installed it myself. I hated it so much. The sensors didn't work and it was terrible to program. For example, say I stopped to get gas, i would have to press the disarm 3 times before i could open the door, or the alarm would go off, even though i didn't arm it. If I pressed the arm button, 30 seconds later it would go off, saying that it was a door open alarm, yet no one had touched the car. The only way I could get it to work was to manually lock the vehical and then let the system auto(delay) arm itself. Blackwidow:

Thanks for the info ... What other brand names are out there besides alarm from DEI and Compustar?
