First things first,

1. What kind of car
2. What kind of deck is it.
3. Do you have any amps or eqs.
4. Do you have any neon lights or voltage converter

I have worked on a lot of accords and i have never had this problem. If you used the factory wiring with an installation harness i can't think of anything going wrong. However, I am assuming that you have an amp in your car because 90% of cars with noise have amps in em.

First you have to find out where the noise is coming from, either your head unit, the rcas, or the amp itself. Read the audio FAQs at the top of the forum, there is a lot of good help in there. But I am will to bet the its coming from your HU through the rcas. Run your rcas down the opposite side of the car away from factory wire looms and the power wires coming from your battery. It works, not all the time, but it helps quite a bit.

my power cable is running under the center of the car, i tried connecting my rca's going over my seats to the amps and it sounds the same, my friend has his battrer in the trunk and he gests and howling noise and it real quiet if he moves his amp and battery further away it gets quiter and loudewr if closer. I do know its either the hu or the rca i pulled my car close to a friends and hooked up his rca's and no problem. I just installed this pioneer cd player because i thought it was the cd player i had before causeing this problem and it still does it. i had this cd player for 7 months before this problem started happening
