I want to know if a 1998 accord factory radio will fit, and if any body can make me a quick list on different radios that will fit from different honda models and years

If you've got a double din opening in your Accord, any Honda radio will fit, except of course for the 2003+ Accord radios. If you've got a single din opening and no pocket, then obviously only a single din radio will fit.

Anything older than 98 will be plug & play. Newer than '98 will need a 71-1720 harness to plug into the deck.
