Icon6 06' Civic EX - Radio Doesn't work after Battery Replacement

Hey everyone, I recently replaced my battery which was on it's last leg with a new Interstate 51R. Everything prior to installing it was working great w/ the exception of a slow startup. New battery goes in, car lights up lightning quick, perfect. Now though, my FM/FM2/AM can't find a station. I can scan through everything, and there is zero static. When I go to XM (which i don't have a subscription for), the audio sounds extremely staticky, and as if it's only going through one speaker. When I use AUX through my phone, music sounds the same way. Called Interstate, they sounded dumbfounded by the whole thing. I already used the Unlock Code to get GPS/Radio function through Honda Support, so we're well past that. Any ideas guys? Thanks in advance.
