Honda’s NSX is included with the best drivers cars in the world.

Aston Martin, Lamborghini, McLaren, Audi. All heavy hitters in the world of sports cars, and top stars in EVO Magazine‘s Car of the Year annual test. Cars lucky enough to be included in this test are new to the world within the last year, and that means the Honda NSX can take part.

“This is the car I think that the first car tried to be, but never quite was.” That’s a daring quote, to say the least, but it supports Honda’s desire to make a supercar that can easily be lived with on a day-to-day basis. The original NSX had that last part, but lacked the forward thrust to really get into the category of supercar.

In the grouping of these excellent cars, some of the NSX’s flaws come out. Flair is somewhat important to the overall experience, but the NSX doesn’t really deliver an outstanding sense of occasion. Interior design plays a leading role, being that it is a simple, albeit sparse design. Journalists in this video report that it was difficult to find that extra x-factor.

Performance of the Honda NSX was undeniable though. “Every successive time you get in the car, the speed absolutely blows you away.” In this test, it is probably one of the most capable as well, however this is more of a test of connecting with the driver. So how did it place? Check out the video below to find out.
