Turbo Vic's 1994 Honda Accord Ex Wagon turbo h22 Build
well, things dident work out to great form last build, had high hopes for the car, it was just too far gone with rot. came accorss a better wagon body, starting all over.

so i scored this car from craigslist. its a 1994 Honda Accord EX wagon with 96k miles on it. the previous owner said he went into the store and left it running. the heater hose blew and the needle peg all the way over to hot. he told me the head gasket was gone. i wasent to concerned about the motor, i just wanted a solid body. so i brought the car. he was asking $1000, i offered $500, and somehow we got to $650.
so i towed the car home, started playing with it. i took the battery from my old wagon, and it fired right up. CEL is on and D4 transmission light was blinking. i noticed that he had the fans wires to run all of the time. i let it run for about an hour and dident heat up.
the next day i fixed the fans the way they where supposed to be. i noticed he also remove the thermostat. i put a new thermostat and gasket. let the car run for an hour. got heat. needle did not move above 40%
i been driving it for a few days. replace the water with some antifreeze, bleed the coolant system car has been running good. there is no oil/coolant mixture anywhere. all cylinders seem to be firing fine. ill compression test it over the weekend.
i think maybe he just replaced the hose and never bleed the coolant system.
interior was beyond filthy. started the clean up
new thermostat and gasket
wiper motor needs some work, this is where they stop.
but you can push them down by hand
gauge cluster shot

i spend a few hours at the car wash and vacuumed it out good. i washed down the dash and center consol.
the suspension on this is pretty much shot. i want to swap over my suspension from the other wagon asap
hopefully before the end of the week i can find time to swap over my 5 speed conversion.

Oh yes! Me love Accord wagon long time! long long time! I think they are dope and would love to see a nice boosted one running the streets. There are not that many turbo Accords out there, but honestly the Accords were way better cars than the Civic's... (shhhh don't tell!)
