Nice looking header, seems much better quality over my Kamikaze from back in the day.
As for your fans, I had that problem on my old JRSC setup since I used a full size Integra radiator and the header was way to close to the fan. I just used pusher fans instead of the pull style and and magic amounts of clearance appeared.

Damn, a lot has been going on since I checked this thread. The car is coming along nicely. I love to see all those oem parts!!
I am in the process of upgrading my cooling system as well. It took a lot of searching to find what combo of fan/shroud and radiator would fit. I ended up going with the go-autoworks setup and I'm going to fabricate my own shroud for just the right side fan and fasten the left fan directly to the radiator with the zip tie kit.
Also, I came across several articles recently about heat wrap on exhaust manifolds. Maybe you have read about this, but if not the article is worth a read.

Thanks i apreaciate that, ill get this thing up and running soon! im really itching to retune it N.A first, the new mods that i replaced from the last time which made 200 WHP should be some intersting info regarding the Skunk2 mods. On top id really like to ad a 2'' spacer on the Skunk2 Ultra manifold after its tuned and do another pull and share my gains the spacer gives on a N.A 1.8l C5 engine.

So i ordered my new Samco hoses i think this time around ill go with the urban cammo. Iv had the white, red, black already as well as skunk2 hoses so i think these will be a cool design for now. I also ordered my Gates racing drive belt kit, kit includes a alternator, A.C, and power steering belt!
I also noticed the new Skunk2 header is a lil short even though it states the same specs as the alpha V1 so ill have to get my test pipe extended or remade. I think i might get a flex pipe instead but not sure yet.

Well got lots done! i was to busy and hands dirty to take pics but the car is almost back together. I picked up a new axle for the passenger side and cleaned up all the grease that flew out the boot when it tore. Got the suspension all bolted back up. The radiator is mounted and the intake is back on.
Today ill be picking up a 100A battery fuse from the dealer and some MTF and for the trans and hopefully get her fired up this afternoon and pull it out the garage. I decided to ditch the gates belts because I'm using a B20 crank pulley and i don't think the belts will fit since there for the GSR. So ill just go and pic up some aftermarket belts for now. Im also trying to budget a lot of things right now since I'm really struggling to get this done. Im running out of funds and i will have to cut a few corners but nothing major.

Got The real deal oem Honda MTF (soon will upgrade to Torco oils)
Just picked up some after market Power stearing and Alternator belts, they should work for now.
Heres the new OEM 100A fuse i needed cause i had to pull it out to use in my Civic.
New belts on.
After market axle. (soon as my wallet perpits like the driver side a Driveshaft shop level 0 axle will go in to replace it.)
(Ignor the strut bar not being bolted down i just used these pics when i was mocking up how well it matched with thye rest of the pieces i sprayed)
Everything is back together and checked, engine fired right up and i bled the cooling system. I took it down the street a few times not reving it up past 3k just going up and down to check for leaks or anything but so far so good! AFR is still the same and good, i must of forgot how loud the car is i had a few neighbors starrtled lol one family outside seemed to of loved it when i passsed them haha the old man was laughfing and waving!
next im going work on the brake upgrade. ow im trying to budget this this so looks like i just might have to get a set of drilled and slotted rotors and just replacment pads. I really want to get the willwood DPHA brake upgrade and SS lines but im hurting haha.

Ill be picking up some Injectors soon and going for a N.A retune before i tune it with the Pro Charger, I'm very curious what the new upgrades will make N.A.
Last dyno was a conservative tune but still made 200 hp with these mods,
oem ITR injectors
SK2 Ported pro series manifold with 70mm tb
SK2 Tuner 1 cams
SK2 Alpha V1 header
New upgrades
I.D 1000cc injectors (so i have room when it gets boosted)
SK2 ultra street manifold 74mm tb
SK2 Tuner 2 cams
SK2 Alpha V2 header.

I recently repainted my side mirror at home and I'm currently repainting my rear wing. I also plan to repaint my ITR rims once i replace my front rotors and brake pads next weak. Parts are ordered and just need to get them on.

Looks like it will be a fun, torquey street car. One suggestion though, just grab yourself the SK2 Pro 1/2 cams over the Tuners. More power to be had and the Pro 2s are still completely driveable and offer about the same idle quality as the Tuner cams. Unless there is some emmissions type thing being that your in CA, having ran both in my B20V I would definately spend your $$ on the Pro cams vs the Tuner.

Yea this is a real bummer and setback! i would of had it tuned already and on my way to putting the blower back on. Its been way long over due with this car and I'm itching to get it back on the street. Good thing LHT is going to hook me and repair it for me! there the only ones id ever trust repairing a header, there work is top notch. Ill report back hopefully with a N.A dyno update. I think a solid 10-20 hp should be freed up but who knows.

Im also doing lots of things such as repainting some body parts. I just repainted my side mirror because it had a few scraps and looked real ugly. Im doing my rear carbon fiber ITR style wing right now should be done soon. Next i plan to repaint my rims as well. I also have a new rear ITR bumper i picked up but its PY so it needs to be repainted. This is all just temp until i get the whole car painted and finished.
Most don't know but I also do lots of side jobs for people like custom hydro dipped valve covers and interior wraps using this new 5D carbon fiber vinyl. I just did a Skyline interior dash and it came out killer! I also wrapped a scion hood so i had some left over film and wrapped my rear hatch and it looks ok i guess. diddnt come out perfect cause i dont plan to keep it on i just wanted to see how it looked on a Integra hatch. But in the sun it looks pretty real but much better than any other cxarbon fiber wraps that are out.

Started her up when i got home and took some pics for fun. Once i do my brakes this weak and get the header fixed i plan to get it tuned! then i can drive it for a while untill i boost it! :D
Here's some pics i took of my rear hatch i wraped in 5D carbon fiber vinyl. It came out ok but i dont plan to keep it on i just did it for fun. It was left over from a hood i wraped for someone. The cars going to get fully painted soon, Maybe if i ever track it then i might concider a real one. Id like to update this thread with my first track run with my car someday. I dont plan to do any compedative racing just to have fun at my own pace and enjoy my car kind of thing. That would be fun!.

^that vinyl looks great. I've used the matte 3m before but it doesn't have a true cf look. This stuff you're using looks great.
5d huh? Is that the company or is it made by 3m too?
