torque specs on b17 and b18?????

torque specs on b17 and b18?????
Kids, I lost my Helms and dont want to buy a new one. If someone would fill in the blanks, I will return to the helper. . . . .A sexual favor

cam caps
head bolts
Also a photocopy of the piston ring alignment would be cool.
I know that no rings align the pin, the #1 and #2 rings are 90 degrees apart and the oil rings are opposite #1 ring at 15 degree intervals.
ANYONE KNOW THIS IS CORRECT??
