Icon3 Strange idle problems

Okay guys, I've searched this forums all day now looking for someone with an issue relevant to mine. Most people with idle issues complain that their idle is erratic, jumping up and down, to low or too high. I've got something a little different. Keep in mind I just replaced my IACV (didn't solve problem) and I have checked all connections. Everything seems to be fine. Heres my issue, once the car is warmed up, any time I come to a stop the idle will sit already a little too high around 1.5k and it will slowly just climb to about 2.2k. EVERYTIME. It's very frustrating not being able to figure this out. If I tap the pedal slightly, the idle drops to about 1.1k and then slowly climbs to 2.2k again. This issue doesn't seem to be very common as I cannot find any forums directly related to my idle issue. Hopefully someone has seen this before and can help me out. The car has also lost some of it's power, not sure if the two problems are directly related, but keep in mind I don't have an engine light. The ECU is fine. The car is stick. Someone help me! Thank you.

You guys think vacuum leak? That's what I was wondering. I can't hear any hissing sounds but it could be small. I'm gonna try the old carburetor cleaner trick tomorrow. I don't think it's the throttle cable, it's snug but still has a little slack. I'll check that again too though. My buddy says o2 sensor, even though I have no engine code maybe it's going out? I'll check all these things and see how it goes. Thanks for the input!
