Rosko Racing H22 plenum Test by TURBOGIXER TUNING
I’ve been wanting to simplify my setup overall by Keeping it simple without sacrificing power.
The Twin-TB is great but I wanted something a little more streetable..
Borrowed a Rosko Racing upper Plenum from a friend of mine and went to testing..
Setup:
Stock Block H23a
Skunk2 Pro1
Blake Header
Ported OEM intake
e85
I gained some power from last time, but deciding to keep some secrets to myself
Twin TB: last dyno vs Today
Twin TB vs Rosko Plenum (run68 twintb, run72 rosko)
Overall im very happy with results today, the rosko plenum matched peak and made better powerband.. i know what ill b buying next..
It even has IACV ports so that you can maintain a steady idle.. i think that bang for buck Rosko Manifold is the way to go..
dont forget the Beauty Looks
All this possible thanks to:
Kenny from TURBOGIXXER TUNING
Mario and Jaywest for lending me the parts

Looks good, and the IACV part is nice, that is one thing I miss with my current setup of 76 mm TB on a stock gutted IM I totally eliminated IACV, so cold start and warmup idle is really tough.
Correct me if I am wrong, but you said you are using 3 spacer plates in there? Gutted out IAB plates?

I really would like to try this for my car with a bigger setup. I need to try and get some money together for this.

if you had a stock manifold, euro r, rbc etc. then I would say hell yeah get Shawns plenum and modify the stock lower that's the best way to go, but you already have basicly the same setup as that lol.
save your $ and put towards his bad *** modded k24 crank/ATI setup instead haha

Shawns work is awesome for sure but the plenum volume is probably roughly the same as what you have now with your custom plenum. im not saying you shouldn't test it out against mine but either plenum would probably have minimal gain or loss vs the other due to the volume and design being so similar. you would probably find more power spending your $ elsewhere. and if you want to change volume just add or remove spacers with what you already have.
