Default Reuse Stock Rods? Limit to number of times?

I'm about to reuse a set of OEM P72 rods for the second time...think of any forseeaable problems? Will the reheating of the eye to replace the pistons put any additional stress on them?

You can reuse them with no problems.

Its rod bolt stretch that really leads to failure. Look into upgrading with ARP rod bolts, its cheap insurance.

balance the rods your self
all you need is an acurate scale and a grinder.

good idea to change your rod bearings each time you swap your stock rods in and out.
