Default Need help with skunk2 manifold

I got a skunk2 pro series manifold for my Gsr and a aem fuel rail. I can't get my injectors to sit in there holes tight. After it's tighten down all the way I can wobble the injectors. Do you need to reuse the stock studs off my Gsr mani or go buy something else like new bolts?

310 Rc injectors. I don't have pictures it's at home. But when it's bolted all the way down the injectors you can wobble cause there loose

You must have the old style RC310s. You will need to bore out the intake manifold to let them fall in flush. I had to do that w/ my old manifold and rc 310's

That doesn't make sense. if I "bored it out" that would make the hole bigger. That's not my problem. I just need the injectors to basically push don't more so they sit in there holes right

You won't be able to tell from a picture. When the fuel rail in bolts all the way down and there is no more room to tighten the three screws on the fuel rail the injectors are not pushing up against the holes they sit in. You can literally wobble them around. Your not supposed to be able to do that. It should be tight in the hole it sits in. I can't tighten the fuel rail anymore cause it's touching up against the im

Your first post asks if you need to reuse studs or buy new bolts. You then go on to say later the rail is flush. Pictures WOULD help here. Are you using the stock spacers? Are your lower seals bored out? Do you have O-rings on the top of the injectors? When did you have this problem exactly? Before or after the manifold install or what was all changed?

Plenty of variables to consider. Trying to get you to give relevant information shouldn't be like pulling teeth. Either you want help or you don't.

Basically what you're saying is the injectors aren't all enough to reach the fuel rail when they are in the hole properly, and the rail is bolted down tight? I thought you mean the other way around...they wouldn't fit in the hole into the intake properly.

Again I ran into the same issue w/ my rc310's. I bored out the intake hole, not all the way through, just to make the circumference big enough to fit some stainless washers in as spacers to add some height. This was on a stock P30 IM however.

Ya that was the question. What bolts do I need.. Really was a simple question. Peoe that have owner one all they had to say is They reused the studs or they got bolts for it. But i figured it out and fixed it. The 310 Rc is short then the stock that's why it didn't sit down in the hole properly. Fixed it and it works
