Default LS VTEC BAD AFR Need Help plssss

Hi Honda Tech,

Need help from you Honda experts asap!!!

My set up:

B18A2 block 8.5mm bore
Standard LS crankshaft
LS Eagle Rods
Wisseco pistons 11.5.1 with B16 head
oem rod bearings by color measured
Type R oil pump
Type R water pump
B16A2 head ported and polished with sk2 valve train
B16A2 intake (60mm not ported)
sk2 70mm TB (gift)
250 walbro fuel pump
aeromotive FPR
OEM integra fuel rail
DSM 320's injectors
P28 ECU with a B18C base map (temporarily)
AEM wideband and oil pressure gauge
OEM Integra SIR exhaust manifold
98 Civic EX exhaust system without cat (just until buying the 2.5")

Shell: Civic CX 2000

Symptoms:

Crazy AFR.. 10.3 - 10.8 at Idle (is killing with the gas bill)
only at 13.8 - 14.8 while compressing at 4th and 5th gear
Goes crazy at WOT from 16.8 to 12.8
at 3k to 4k RPM is at 12.8 - 13.5

Tried to lower injectors duty at 15% with no luck and also lowered Fuel pressure to 37 PSI and nothing. I’ve checked the MAP and its working properly… How could I tell if it’s a vacuum leak, how do you troubleshoot for that?

Please help anyone, I’m trying to gather money to replace the parts that I know need to be replaced but the fuel consumption is simply not letting me.

Thanks,

Oky from Panama (Central America by the way)

PD: really thank U all and please don’t flame me to much since it’s my first engine build attempt with only the all mighty Honda service manual and some YouTube vid’s and I've been learning a lot along the way and also I’ve been working on a really tight budget.

you need a tune. nothing more, nothing less.
stop driving the car immediately until you get it tuned, or you WILL destroy that whole engine

indeed. see the tuner directory in the Forced Inducted section. I believe it is kept updated.

Thankd guys! I was checking for vacuum leaks and did find some on the throttle and on the head where its mate with the intake by the belts side, after re-torquing I did manage to get into the 14.8 at idle but now I'm getting lean at low rpm 16.5 - 17.3.. I though it was gonna be easier jajaja.. getting an appointment with the tuner ASAP. Thanks you all.
