noticing the use of sarcasm is not one of your natural abilities is it?

ill make it easier for you, contact your tuner and ask them what they suggest. 12:5 is the max comp u should be running on pump gas if even that. i think there is a big misconception that more comp means more power. you need to aim for a good useable power band for what your goals are.

criticism*.

Gonna run 92 octane shooting for 250hp

My platform is a h22a euro r
gonna rebalance da crank or do I need to do dis???
good idea

kaizenspeed balance shaft remover n manual tensioner
takes off some weight

race bearings
acl

eagle h beam rods is there a better rod to run for da same price???
cheapest budget rod

Custom pistons 12:5:1 with a .25 overbore or is there sumthin betta for da pump gas???
why custom? there are plenty on the market opt for 11:5-12 range. you may also want to check if your machinist can bore frm cylinders also

Arp headstuds
good idea

supertech valvetrain, springs, retainers, valves n do I need da bronze valve guides???
you dont need valves nor guides

3 angle vj do I need this or is there sumthin better???
there is 5 angle and cnc porting but i doubt u want that

Skunk 2 pro 2 cams, wat kind of cam gears wuld be best
decent cam choice since its still streetable. any name brand gears

port my euro r manifold n run a 70mm tb
would not hurt to get more flow

550 rc injectors wat fuel rail n fpr is needed???
what ever fits

rmf header or is there sumthin better???
look up threads on dyno graphs

Qsd kit, n plan on doin a twin disc clutch
really dont need a twin disk

should I run a 98 spec itr or ctr trans???whichever will be better for drag
they are almost identical use what u can find just make sure you have lsd.

Innovative solid mounts
nvm street this car on solid mounts are out the window

esp altenator relocator for a d series alternator
if u want to, dont really need it

I have a s300 already so dats wat I plan to tune it with
that will work

My machinist can bore da cylinders no prob, but will I gain more power from da bigger bore???
I heard dat the flat faced valves work good with high compression, is dat correct??
Wat kind of porting r we talkin about???I plan to portmatch header n I'M, is a 5angle vj better than a 3
Wat brand of cam gear wuld be best since there r so many brands???
Wat brand fuel rail and fpr would be a good combo???I plan on runnin in tank fuel pump as well
I can get either trans because I plan to buy it through hmo, so whitch1 would be best for fast 1/4 mile
I was goin to get the alternator relocator because I read that u need it with the new single row pulley?
if there is anything else missing let me no

Theres many ways to reach your goals. Your plans sound ok for the most part.

If you are trying to run forged pistons, you will need to sleeve the block. Didn't see you mention anything about sleeving so just throwing that out there

I also wouldn't touch the head unless you are having someone reputable do the work (RLZ for example)

I'd ditch the RC injectors and get a bosch style injector, Fuel Injector Clinic injectors are great

Also might want a bigger intake manifold. Euro r's are great for stock cam motors, but bigger cams will like a better manifold. Contact NAH2B, he ports the stock manifolds and they make great power

My tuner didn't say anything about sleeving, is there anything wrong with eagle h beam rods for all motor setups
and for the head you don't even recommend getting a valve job
may I ask what's wrong with rc injectors
Also porting the euro r manifold larger wouldn't do any good even with a larger throttle body
