Difference between Blox Type B and Blox Tuner Stage 2?

Difference between Blox Type B and Blox Tuner Stage 2?
I ran a search, and didn't come up with any solid info.
I ordered a set of Blox Type B's (BXCM-10102), and was shipped their Tuner Stage 2's (BXCM-10106) instead.
Blox doesn't list much on their website (big surprise), except for the fact that their "Tuner" series cams are OEM style lobes, and their "Competition" cams have wider lobes. But which is which?
The Type B's and Stage 2's are listed with the same lift (except one is listed in in., the other in mm). Duration is slightly higher on the Stage 2's.
Has anyone ever used the Stage 2's? I've used the Type B's twice in the past with good results, and want to know if I should bother returning the Stage 2's?
TYPE B VTEC Camshafts
Intake (lift / duration) 0.489" / 266º
Exhaust (lift / duration) 0.472" / 266º
Stage II VTEC Camshafts
Intake (lift / duration) 12.4mm / 275º
Exhaust (lift / duration) 11.9mm / 270º
