Post d16z6 rockerarm assembly top thread hole stripped????? instlled wrong length bolt.

im installing a d16z6 head fully built resurfaced and ported etc but i bought it used with a missing number bolt (#2 torque sequence bolt.) when i got it it looked okay. ive spent already dollars on this head build and now its hella stripped F**ked up top portion of it only. like 3-4mm of the thread is missing.
i removed and installed the inner o rings/ and replaced the cam seals etc.

when i installed it on the head i installed a wrong size length bolt with a shorter length bolt. so when i went to torque the bolt/ it couldn't bottom out to full torque i geuss. thats why it spins on the top.

the top part of the thread is like messed up with like 3mm to 4mm upper part of the thread.

i used the correct size length bolt without the cam/rocker assembly i tried to torque it to spec. it torqued to spec like 16ft lbs and it doesn't spin like it was loose threaded. or something.

the longer the bolt it bottomed out to torque spec.

my problem now is it still usable i posted a pic of what it is. how much messed up my bolt is.

also i noticed the middle parts of the cyl head bolt holes have galleries in the bottom..
the block/fully built and now the money i spent on my head is like messed up.
3-4mm of thread upper threads messed up.
this motor will be built for boost got everything on it right now. except the dang head.

can i still use this head. it feels like it will torque to spec???
need help asap.

heres the pic of the wrong length bolt i put on vs the correct longer thread.
seems like it doesn't need thread on the right side bolt vs the left where it eaten the thread???
the part that was eaten up looks like it don't need thread on the correct bolt idk ? help....
(new pic)
is this usable can this be fixed??? pls help asap.

updated pics.

first top pic length side by side. bolts.

second pic = estimated how deep the hole is with a paper clip as a gauge to see where the stripped area located. middle. i use a white out and those white spots i put on the right bolt to paperclip is where the stripped area located. i hope so. left bolt has the stripped threads on it not exactly sure if its exactly the place to where its stripped location .

pls help....
