Default crank no start after head gasket replacement

Hey all. new here! Hope I'm posting to the right area.....
got a 99 Honda crv - 180k miles.
car had a misfire on cylinder 4 - compression test reviled low compression on 4. 60psi.

Pulled engine apart in a matter of hours....
found a bad valve - replaced [ valve job on all others] put it back together and now won't start....

I got everything hooked up [that I know of] timing looks dead on to me.....[there is NO POPPING OR BACKFIRING] I have fire - I have fuel [even tried hitting it with carb cleaner and nothing....
I have the bug in the dizzy pointing at number one - I have it wired correct.

for top dead center [ there are 4 small notches on the crank pully [3 together] one about 1ich or so away from the others...... I lined the marker up with the one by its self - I also checked cylinder 1 with a extension and it was at tdc!

Still no start.....

Compression test now shows - 120 across the board except cylinder 2 -has 140....

Spark tester showed spark
plugs are new.
I smell fuel.
car ran fine except for miss before work.
I get codes - p1399
p0300
p0304
p0303
p0302.

These codes really make me feel as if the timing is off but dang sure looks good to me....
car did try to start the fist crank but it idled really really low and died and never refired.
no noises - just recheck compsion and all Is good.

Anyone got any ideas.... will post pics.

Valve lash?
Map and tps connectors swapped?

I wonder if I'm timing this thing wrong.... I went by the notches and tdc#1 but was told to go by a yellow mark on the balancer..... I have no yellow mark....

I wonder if I had those two connections crossed [the one coming from the driver side is plugged to the tps - it is long enough to plug to the map - the plug coming out of the dizzy lum is hooked to the map? Sound correct?

Didn't you say you verified tdc with an extension?
Whatever Mark that is Would be your tdc Mark.
If there are other marks, those are for your base ignition timing.

Unplug your tps sensor and see if it throws a tps code. If it throws a map sensor code, the connectors are swapped.

Yes I did check tdc.... it was correct. I just cleaned the balancer and the mark I timed it with [tdc] is white...

Update...... I had it a few theet out of time on the cam side..... corrected...... took a bit of cranking but it finally fired....... now it fires up just fine...... touch of the key..... however it trying to idle a Lil high. [1100rpms] all vacuum lines are ported and sealed correctly...... I'll double check
would this thing idle high due to being a tooth or so out of time or what...... haven't ran it more then a min - haven't hooked powersteering and compssor lines up yet..... also don't have water in it.... I don't wanna hook everything up and find out its gotta come apart again..... like I said - starts and revs fine..... idles 1100 or rpms..... could timing effect this or can I just start sealing her up?

OK the high idle has stopped..... went for a test drive and everything went good. no wired noises. Valve train seems a Lil noisey but I hear that's normal for these Engines. I still getting a dtc 1399? Umm

It's a soft code? No check engine light.... just shows up when I checking pending codes!

Have you checked the valve lash??

Most cars idle higher when cold. I wouldn't sweat it unless you have idle problems at regular operating temp.
