bigger injector or bigger fp?
Alright I got tuned and tuner told me that i maxed out (stock 240cc) injectors at 192whp and 132wtq, told me to get a bigger fuel pump and injectors. Do i need both or can i get by with larger injectors i was thinking rdx injectors.

im sure the stock fuel pump is good enough but if the injectors are maxed time to go with some bigger ones.

Stock pump is pretty closed to being maxed out. Iirc they can't push much more than 200hp.
Its better to have too much pump, rather than too little, so go ahead and upgrade both

honestly i think you are fine on a stock pump. way back when i had some turbo friends than ran stock pumps on larger injectors and it didnt go lean (wideband verified) into the mid 200 hp range. if it helps you with peace of mind though you can get a walbro for barely 100 bucks.
now for larger injector and fp, i know that excessive fp can reduce the life of an injector however a bit more pressure to my understanding can help atomization and all the good things that come with that. maybe going with a slightly larger injector 270-310cc. example, i have prelude 290s and a bit more fp to make them act like a 310, which i have my fuel maps tuned and calibrated for. probably excessive but it runs great i have no issues

A friend of had his 100k+ mile 1996 honda accord lx fuel pump flow tested at RC and it was capable of enough flow to produce around 250hp.
I would still replace it if it was mine though.

Easy answer. Get both. Onestly they can be found pretty cheap and even if you are on a tight budget, a set of injectors and a $100 fuel pump will be a most.
47-55 psi isn't a big difference. Is worst to have injrectors maxed out like you are having.
So get both.

right. what you would most likely do is bring the fuel pressure back down to stock and then use your engine management program to scale the maps for the larger injectors.

Re: bigger injector or bigger fp?
or just get the rdx 410cc and have plenty of room to grow with alot better fuel atomization.
better atomization means less consumption, and more power.

I was but then I found the prelude 290cc injectors for less than $50, plan on sending them out to get cleaned for an additional $40. I think the best price I found the rdx for was $255, tbh Ill prolly end up getting them along with an s300 in the near future.
