Default B18C Crankshaft

I have a fully built 98+ spec JDM ITR and I have replaced everything inside except for the crank. With running about 200 whp and about a 90 hp shot from a wet kit, do you think the stock type r crank will be strong enough or do I need to upgrade say with an eagle crank? Any ideas? I know this is an all motor site, I just want to know about the crank. Thanks

Stock crank will suffice.

Yep, it's fine, it's already forged from the factory so it's definitely strong enough. Rods and Pistons would have been the main concern but you said your motor was built. Just out of curiosity, what comprssion ratio are you running?

Thanks for the reply. I hve got a 98+ spec JDM ITR with Toda valvetrain,Spec C cams and Pistons. I recently upgraded the rods to the Eagle H-beam ones. I am running 12.5:1 cr now on 92 pump gas with the hondata s200 program. I just wondered while the motor was in pieces it would be cheaper to replace the crank if I needed it.
