Default b16a o2 sensors

Just swapped a b16a/obd0 in my teg. running stock pr3 ecu at the moment. question is... is there any way around the 2nd o2 sensor? im planning to reuse my dc 4-1 header and has the bung downstream where all 4 collect. someone suggested a 4 wire o2 sensor. i have seen the threads and seen the hondata link but im asking if anyone has found a way around it besides converting to obd1 or getting the chip tuned to delete the second sensor.

Anyone have advice?
Motor is in and running on a single o2 sensor. No extra wire ran for a second one. Only code im throwing right now is code 7 (throttle angle).
Could this be from not having a second o2 sensor? Also throw code 23 after i start driving (knock sensor) Im think this could be associated with the o2?
Help?

throttle angle code should be a TPS problem.
is the knock sensor wired in?

Yes its wirrd in. corrected that problem by adjusting ignition timing to 17 degrees. tps is fine. reads .48v and moves smooth to 4.8v at wot.

If using stock ecu, you have to run both o2 sensors. If you don't, you'll get surging while in closed loop and shitty fuel mileage. I know there are probibly more people that don't use two, but you're better off doing it right. Also don't get the cylinder banks mixed up either. make sure you got the 1-4 and 2-3 banks wired in correctly to the ecu. just weld in a bung or bungs on your header that catch those cylinder banks. after reading your above posts more, single wire o2's only, and not having the 2nd o2 wired in will not cause those ecu codes.

kinda figured that. And im assuming thats the issue for throwing code 7.
Ive got both leads wired into a single o2 sensor in a dc 4-1 header.

Im seriously debating on doing the conversion to obd1 and using this p28ecu i have. From what i hear it would make life a lot simpler with this setup.

just read your edit. My question i guess for now is what could be causing these codes? So if im on the same thread but its my main issue right now over the o2 sensor problem.
tps checks fine. .48v. iacv checks fine. vacuum lines appear to be fine. idk.
We also noticed today that after 12mi of driving on this rebuild theres alot of carbon buildup on the plugs(no fouling) and im guessing im knocking from something and thats throwing code 23.
