Default 207whp >>> Want to make 230whp !!! LS-V setup !!

Hey guys, I need a few suggestions since you guys seem to be the experts.

I recently bought a car that one of my really good friends built ( chris.b. ) .

Here are the specs : .... 207whp with the velocity stack setup

Motor:
1995 B18B Block
Bored Over .25 w/ Fresh Hone
Decked .004
New OEM Honda P30 Pistons .25 O/S
New OEM Honda O/S Piston Rings
Shotpeen LS Rods
Rods Resized w/ ARP Rod Bolts
ACL Bearing Set
New OEM Type R Oil Pump
New OEM Type R Water Pump
New OEM Type R Timing Belt
Rebalanced Rotating Assembly
Micropolished Crank
ARP Headstuds
1999 B16 Head
Port & Polished
Milled .004
New Valve Job
Ferrea Valves
Ferrea Springs & Retainers
Buddy Club IV Cams
AEM Tru Time Cam Gears
Type R Intake Manifold w/ <U>STOCK non ported b20 tb </U>
Hondata Intake Manifold Gasket
RC 310 Injectors
Full-Race Ls/Vtec Kit
B&M Fuel Pressure Guage
Hytech Replica Tri-y Header
OBD1 GSR Engine Harness
P28 ECU w/ Hondata S200
New OEM Honda Top & Bottom End Gasket Sets (Oil Pan, Main Seals, Headgasket, Valve Seals, Vtec Solenoid, Cam Seals, ECT…)
SI transmission w/ Exeddy Clutch
12:1/12:5:1 Compression

******
Questions :

1. Will JUN 3 cams help out that much more ?

2. What is the best Intake Manifold setup to run & what TB ? ( If ITBS, what kind and if not, what will make the most power ) ?

3. Should I retune on E85 ?

4. Upgrade Injectors?

What do you guys suggest I purchase to squeeze more power ?

Maybe I missed it, but did you list your exhaust setup?, after the Tri-y header.

You have a great build and covered all the bases. What kind of dyno did you run on?

Here is a quote taken from a thread about injector sizes that could help you out on size choice:

<TABLE WIDTH="90%" CELLSPACING=0 CELLPADDING=0 ALIGN=CENTER><TR><TD>Quote, originally posted by Private-Tune &raquo;</TD></TR><TR><TD CLASS="quote">I dyno'd at 227hp on my 2 liter 80% duty cycle on 310's. fuel pressure was at 40 psi. if that gives you a better idea</TD></TR></TABLE>

Would you say he NEEDS them? or would you get 440CC in case you ever wanted to make more power?

Watts did the head work.

You just drive in over the rollers in the ground. Wheels stayed on the car !

open up that ITR manifold, port/polish it and open it up to match a 68 or 70mm TB, that might get u closer to ur goal.

You are at the point where you are going to be eeking out minor gains for lots of money. You can upgrade to a real HyTech or similar header, port the intake manifold and add a slightly larger TB. Should be good for a few more ponies with a new tune.

Frankly, if Tony has already worked on the car, I would just ask him what to do next.

I think when he was tunning he back off timing cause u were pinging on the blast my suggestion will be to add more ignition mods like a box, blaster and coil change ur plugs for something hotter and tune on 93oct or higher ur setup should make the power
