Might be worth asking WHY you replaced your factory bulbs with crappy 8000k ebay units.
They're dimmer than 4300k. They're also lower quality than factory. So... what would possess you to ruin your perfectly good headlights? Was your factory passenger side bulb also not lighting?
Are the bulbs that you bought designed to work on a 35W system?
Maybe you have a ballast or wiring issue. HID systems don't just consist of bulbs and a plug.

?? The TSX has projectors with HID's from the factory. Why would he need a link to a projector HID retrofit site?

You're right. You seem like you're having great luck with all your cheap stuff. Nobody ever has issues with buying no name parts. They work just as well as the reputable brands do.
What year is your car? How many years did your stock headlight bulbs work for? Must be because there's no difference in quality there.
There's nothing wrong with buying parts from overseas. But quality still goes a LOOOOOOOONG way.
Not sure why your bulb only works on one side. It could be because the crappy bulbs you bought need a different ballast.
It's ignorant to come on here and say that there's no reason not to buy crappy parts...if you're having problems with the crappy parts that you bought.

you'd be surprised that ur name brand stuff comes from the same factory as ur no name brand stuff !!! my buddy owns a performance shop and sells turbo kits for camaros and mustangs and alot of people knock him for being a overseas product but comes from the same factory as your big names like tial borgwarner and believe it or not Precision Turbo are also from there just because it doesnt have a nice name on it doesnt mean its not the same quality i actually work for the right stuff detailing which is the largest classic car part industry guess what! they buy everything from china do alittle research first before knocking a product
stock lights worked great ibought the car about 2-3 months ago i wanted a the blue headlight look maybe the bulbs are junk whos knows but doesnt explain why it works in the one and not the other lol maybe ill spend 150$ on expensive bulbs and it'll do the same lol

You said you tried taking the bulb that wouldn't light and putting it on the other side? Did the "burned out" bulb light when you put it on the other side?
Your car is made overseas, BTW. Not all overseas stuff sucks. Stuff that sucks just sucks.

i switched the new bulbs around to see if it was the bulb but it wasnt but when i put the stock bulb in it works fine so right now the driver sides has a 8k bulb and passenger has a stock bulb lol when i switch the driver to passneger it does the same as the other bulb i had in there itll stay on for 2 min and shut off

Maybe your ballast is going out slowly on that side and the stock bulb doesn't require as much wattage to stay on.
