RLX Chirping Noise
This is a weird one but they've been able to verify it and there is an active TSB for it.
If you think you hear an odd chirping noise under the hood, it might not be your imagination. It doesn't affect many cars, but it's verified!

I was told that a minor noise that I was hearing was an "injector fan" noise.
