Drive 4 light was blinking on my 97 3.0 CL, whats this mean?

Drive 4 light was blinking on my 97 3.0 CL, whats this mean?
Today when I backed out of a parking lot, after I was in reverse, I put the car in drive (D4) and the D4 light was flashing on the cluster. Whats this mean?

You have a transmission dtc you have to go to the dealer and get the code pulled!

Maybe, have the dealer pull the code. Bring some KY too.
