Car shakes while driving slow- 02 TL type S
When I'm driving under 20 mph, the steering wheel starts to shake. When I speed it , it doesn't shake ne more. Any thoughts?

Probably not warped, because he'd feel it more under braking than acceleration.
Most likely you need either a simple balance, or your tires are improperly inflated. Go get it checked out, generally speaking, it's free. Are your tires feathered or cupped or any abnormal wear?

Does it shake more when you brake? If so, make sure that the wheels are torqued to specification. Mine use to shake when I touched the brake especially, but I took it back to my tire dealer and had them torque it and rotate the tires which were nearly new (and were balanced). I think they started always using a torque wrench about that time. Anyway, I never had another problem in > 60K miles.

Ok it was that the stupid dealer did a bad alignment on the car. Thus, made my front passenger side tire ball up and rip, until I noticed the metal hairs sticking out. I went and replaced the tire. No more shaking. I asked for an alignment, but they told me if I get an alignment, its a waste of money because the front wheels has one tire with 50% thread left, and one thats brand new. If I align it, I will feel it pulling to the side. I just got the new tires balanced and installed.
