My friend has a 1991 V6 legend, auto tranny, .. Anyways, its leaking oil like crazy... I looked from the top of the motor and everything looks clean,, although that engine bay is cramped as hell, I know its not the valve cover gaskets. I get under the car and everything from mid oil pan back is covered in oil. Its really hard to tell where its coming from because i am not familiar with that motor and the fact that the oil is everywhere.

I was wondering if anyone knew of any parts on the particular engine that are prone to leaking oil. I dunno what all seals are back there that could be leaking, maybe oil pan, or is there some other gasket or o-ring that I don't know about that has been known to bust on that car. Thanks for the help, I don't know how much longer the car is gonna last w/o some repairs!

what i would do is get the engine bay steam out so it would be a lot easier to detect the leaking
