Acura Code p1607 and PCS light

Acura Code p1607 and PCS light
Would love some help-cold mornings my check engine light and the TCS light come on. Car sluggish and shifts funny. Had it to acura for misfire and this p1607code and they put new EGR and cleaned out all ports. Now the engine light came on again with the TCS light and the code is p1607(The pcm module). TCS goes off after about 10 minutes and car runs normally when its warmed up. tranny replaced be Acura at 80k, vehicle has 114k today. Thank you for your help!
