2005 Acura TL hard to start!

2005 Acura TL hard to start!
The wifey calls me today at 5pm, right after work and says shes stuck at work and the car won't start and is weak when it she trys to start it up.
I arrived at her work and tried to crank the car up. When I try to crank it up and strong cranking at first and then cranking get weaker with each attempt. All lights and everything works fine.. If I wait 10 seconds and try again, it repeats this identical: "strong cranking and then cranking get weaker with each attempt, then nothing at all with key turned all the way to start"
The car never showed any signs or symptoms and it was fine just yesterday and this morning when I ask her.
I have a big feel it's the alternator???
