Default suspected timing chain noise on cold startup only

2002 RSX Premium
240000Kms
Runs good, no problems with drivability.
Upon a cold morning startup im getting a rattle sound unlike valve train or piston slap.
Sounds to me like timing chain rattle.
Anyone else had this?
Will simply changing the tesioner get rid of this or will i need to do a chain set?
Thanks
Steve

Could be valve lash. If not, I think it might be worth it just to do the timing chain all together.
