Rsx motor into ep3?
Yeah i sereched but came up with a forsale thread so i have 3 questions
Is it possible to do and do you see alot of people doing this swap?
What is the engine code for a ep3 2002?
The ep3 always had 5 speed correct? so it would be harder to put a rsx motor, k20a2, i think into the ep3 then?
New to this forum but i'm going to get a 2002 ep3 very soon hopefully.

Yes, we see a lot of people doing that. It's easy and not too expensive, most of the time, if you shop around.

K20A3

No, it's not really hard at all. Most people want the six speed, so they swap in the entire thing, motor, transmission, ECU and even hubs, brakes and wheels.
You do not really have to do all that if you want to do it more cheaply.
The K20A2 mates up perfectly to the EP3's five speed, and you can keep the same hubs and axles without any problem. However, you might want to get a K Pro to maximise the power output of the K20A2. If emissions is a problem, you can use the ECU that came with the K20A2.
