open up the glovebox and look on the left side of it there should be a code. Enter that code and that's your unlock code. It's the one with numbers, i think 6 digits can't remember. If it's not there look in the manual, in the front or back or look up radio it maybe written in there. If all that fails, ask a dealership.

if its not in the glove box, you could call honda/acura and they can look it up based on your VIN # after you fax them proof that you own the car.

another place to look is in the fuse box lid that is in the engine comparment that is where acura puts their codes most of the time if you take it to a dealer they will most likly charge you an hour of labor and what they will do is take the radio out to get the sereral number off of it and look it up that way

i don't see how he could give you a code when all codes are completely different. There would be no way he could just pull up your code unless he works at the acura dealership and has access to their database.

i thought you were supposed to push the #1 button and the + or - sign on your radio and then it will flash you two , two digid #'s write those down in order which ever comes first then call the dealer and tell them. i had to do it on mine but its been a while i forgot you have to push something on the stock radio lol.

I'm glad i helped out!!

but come on, if wanna lock ur radio why don't u ask to the dealer.... or try to disconnect the battery, or unplug and plug again the stereo fuse, so it may block the stereo.

i work at an acura dealer but only the techs can get the codes for you. all you need to do is disconnect the battery then when you hook it back up hold down 1 and 6 to get the serial number.. and then just tell them your serial number... they have to look it up online or in the system. people come in all teh time.. hope i could help
