NSX engine swap

NSX engine swap
Hello,
I am new to the NSX scene.
The story is that I have a good oppurtunity to by Honda NSX. Unfortunatly it has 3.0 litre engine and 5 speed manual gearbox. What I want to ask is:
1. is it possible to swap the engine for 3.2 litre and change the gearbox to 6 speed manual?
2. is it really worth to do it?
3. how much could it cost?
Thank You very much,
Engn

Used 3.2L = $6000 maybe? Used 6 speed = $4000
If you want 3.2L and 6 speed, then just buy 97+ models. It's not uncommon to just do 6 speed swap on the 3.0L though because the 6 speed has shorter gear ratio and it will give you quicker acceleration(but not by too much compared to 5 speed). 3.2L engine is sweet and has much more mid-range torque than 3.0L engine, however it's not worth the cost of swap. For Top end power, with header/exhaust on the 3.0L, it comes close to 3.2L.
