Negative camber has very little effect on tire wear. It's toe you need to be concerned with.

When was the last time you had an alignment?

You don't need a 'camber kit' unless you don't ever drive your car hard in corners.
As has been said it is toe that causes the problem. In this case prolly too much toe-in.

Well my tires are sitting like this

so I think I need a kit. Also I don't want to get an alignment if they can't get it in the green.

You can just leave it as is and just adjust the toe to 0" or 0 degrees. If the alignment machine has a problem with that, you can go into the configuration menu and change the default settings for whatever car, therefore, you set the camber to what it is in your car now, then adjust the toe, and everything will be in "green." When done, the tech can just reset the machine configuration. (At least this is what I did a few years ago, when I wanted toe out and the machine didn't like it.)
