I am posting this up because I have been left with absotutely no alternative by the seller in the scenario.

I paid $175 on June 22 for a JDM ITR radiator with both fans + a OEM ITR rear lower subframe tie bar. My theft recovery ITR project was put on hold for over a month waiting for this guy to get off his *** and ship these parts to me. I received the packagejust barely a week or two ago.

Even when I did get the radiator and rear tie bar (after more than 1 month), he had removed the primary radiator fan (left the AC fan only) and the overflow bottle, even though they were clearly pictured and included in our discussion and in the subject line of my payment via paypal. I believe he removed the primary fan so that the radiator would fit in the box he was trying to use. The reason I paid what I did was so that I could get all those parts, none of which I had at the time.

About 1 week after I paid him for the rad, fans, and rear bar (june 22), on June 30 he pm'd me and said he had the ITR charcoal system and primary and secondary o2 sensors that I had posted up WTB in the ITR FS/WTB thread. He told me to send him $50 more via paypal and he would get everything right out to me.

Well like I said I did get the radiator, but it was missing 2 critical parts that were supposed to be included. I have received absolutely nothing for the second payment via paypal that I sent him, even though he has repeatedly promised to get things out to me.

On Monday of this week I gave him until Wednesday to get back to me with tracking information, or a damn good explanation, and I haven't heard a word from him, so unfortunately I have to come here and call him out so that I can either get a refund for the missing rad fan + overflow + charcoal system + o2 sensors, or so that he can get off his *** once more and ship me the parts I am missing. He has had $225 of my money for over a month and I have very little to show for it.

Colin, I am going to give you until Monday before I file a claim with paypal and my credit card company for the first incomplete order, and for the second order which has not been received. Please respond ASAP.

Wow. That really sucks. You should link to the FS thread so that other people will be aware of this situation. If this guy cares about his rep, then he needs to respond.

do you have proof that the fans and overflow were included in the original offer? the link just says radiators. granted it shows in the post, but that doesnt necessarily imply they are included. The seller could have made it clear by saying they were/werent included.

but the fact you havent gotten your second part either shows the seller is a bit on the shady side or atleast disorganized/lazy.

If the seller posted the pic with both fans and the overflow, and didn't specifically say that state that they were NOT included, which he didn't, then he should supply the radiator as shown.

I agree, no doubt about it. However if he wanted to be a dick, he DID just say "usdm and jdm radiators" under the pic. So even if he removed both fans, he could probably get away with it. Also, does it mean he should have included the scissors in the pic as well, maybe some tiles, part of the wall? lol Im not sure what Judge Judy would decide

I think it would be REASONABLE to expect the items that were attached to the radiator

unfortunately our definition of reasonable may not be the same as Mr Dixons. however, since he included atleast ONE fan, thats what sucks for him. if he removed both fans, he could say the fans werent included. but since he only removed one...he sorta backed himself into a corner. he shoulda just removed both lol

when I pm'd him and we were discussing it I did specifically ask if the fans and overflow were included, and he confirmed and gave me his paypal address. when i made the payment via paypal I specified in the "Subject Line" of the payment that I was paying for the radiator + fans (plural), not just a radiator.

and even aside from the fan, where the f@ck are my o2 sensors and charcoal setup?

then you could argue that the b18c jdm motor should also come with the radiator

just kidding...but yes, this is why i am hesitant to deal with anyone on h-t unless they are prompt with response.
