Default Spark plug wire kit for non v-tec turbo b18c5??

The bottom of the boot that connects to no. 1 spark plug broke on me and now the spark plug cylinder area is filled with fuel and oil. Im guessing its not too big of a deal but i need to get a new wire kit, which one would be good for a turbo non-vtec low compression b18c5?

There is no such thing as a non vtec b18c5.. That being said, what are you talking about? The plug wire boot breaking would not allow fuel or oil in the plug area. I it has oil in it, your tube seals on the valve cover are bad. If it has fuel in there, you have HUGE problems.

I know that but it no longer has v-tec.. It was deleted when the turbo was installed. Yes the boot that goes on top of the spark plug, the very end of it broke off inside and now there is fuel in there. When you look down you can't see the plug just fuel..

Why would the vtec be deleted when a turbo was installed??

Idk how the spark plug boot ripping could cause fuel and oil to leak to there.

What ecu do you have any cels? Are you sure you have a vtec engine? Never heard of someone deleting it unless its a race motor w/ huge cams. Just cuz you can't hear it doesn't mean anything. Test it. What can you rev to?

Not sure on the ecu, it's just a silver one. Not a Hondata or anything, I'll have a better look. The car is still new to me, yeah I'm sure it's a b18c5. Hmm well I don't hear it and I don't notice a change in rpm when it should kick in like my other Hondas I've owned. I've always felt it kick in and also heard it clearly. The car revs to 8200.

My guess about the fuel in the spark plug cylinder was the wire gave out(which it did) and that plug was no longer working, then the car was running on 3 cylinders and all the I burnt fuel seeped up. Maybe the plug is a bit loose but I can't check it yet cause I can't get a socket on it because the debris from the broken boot is in there. I have to get it all out first. Hope I'm being clear, I'm trying lol

Lol silver ecu...check the code on the side and possibly open it up and take a pic of the inside and post it. Just to let you know, Hondata and all that mounts into the stock ecu so you can't tell just by swing a "silver ecu"

Yeah it's defiantly fuel, it's dark so it looks like there is oil in it too maybe. It has a really quiet exhaust so I'm sure I'd hear it. I'll get the vin and pics when I get home, I'll order oem I guess. Thanks

No as said you won't really hear it with turbo. You can't just say cuz you can't hear it its not working. The less you can hear vtec is actually supposed to be better from a performance stand point

LMAO, NGK wires (oem)

Please take your car to a good Tune shop and have them make sure everything is good. I wont be surprised if you blow the motor soon.

Oh so you know how to handle every problem you run into with your car? You never have to seek advice? Yeah maybe I don't understand it all but I'm still learning, why don't you try encouraging people along with some help since you sound like a know it all instead of saying smart *** stuff that doesn't do anyone any good.

Can a mod please delete this thread? I was looking for help but all I have is a bad taste in my mouth now because "I have a project I don't understand". I'll find help elsewhere. Thanks to those who actually helped...
