Need Help Finding 97-098
Hi Guys,
Way back in the early 2000s I purchased 97-098 from a guy in Michigan. I enjoyed the car for a few years and then sold her to a guy in Lexington KY due the impending birth of my first child. I know the new owner sold her, to who I don't know. From there I understand the caR was stolen. I've owned many cars from S2K to BMW 335i. Many were faster or more comfortable but none have made me smile like the ITR. I still have her special key, I just couldn't part with it :-).
Now that my kids are grown to the point where they don't need car seats, I want my R back, or at least one like her. My plan is to have it as a 2nd car that I can enjoy on the weekends and use in D stock autocross. I've searched for a well loved, higher mileage R for a few months now as my budget wont allow for a super premium R. So far I've had no luck.
What I would really love is to have my old ITR back. Any condition is fine, I'd love to take on a project to return 97-098 to her former glory.
Any help is appreciated. Please help reunite a guy and the caR he loves!
