Ok, I'm back...
I know nobody has reallly missed me, but I have been absent from this site for about a month. I've beeen in the middle of a relocation to Denver. My R is on the truck on its way here now (I already miss it). I wouldn't mind meeting up with some other R owners in the area sometime.
I love Denver, but come to find out that not only will I be losing HP because of the insane altitude, but I can't get 93 octane gas either...

Your stoked if you snowboard or ski . If your not too familiar with the area, your about 1 1/2 hours drive in pretty much any direction to some of the best resorts in the nation.
Copper Mtn. has a nice large bowl on the back side, and its nice and wide open. They took the time to thin out the trees so you can get some sick pow runs.
Vail is nice but to damn expensive.
Winterpark has a nice park, plenty of kickers.
Breck. Well....breck is freaking huge but the lower chairs on the weekends...good luck getting on one in less than 45 minutes. I got a bloody nose from the altitude, riding up the gondola . Breck has one of the nicest parks in the area. Vails is pretty sweet too.
A-Basin....this is the gem. Has one of the steapest chair accessable runs in North America. If you ski, your stoked because the moguls are the size of volkswagens . You can get lost in the trough they are so big. Also, the ski patrol does plenty of blasting on the peaks so you can hike the back country. When your going up the top chair look to the left there is tons of open area with plenty of covered boulders to build kickers or boost a nice little 30ft drop.
Also, you can buy a lift ticket at A-Basin and it's good for I think three other mountains on that day.
If you don't feel like paying, go hike loveland pass. The bottom loops to the top so it's easy to get picked up by people driving by.
Congrats on the new move. I think you'll like Denver.

You mean 94.
I see 93 all over the place.
Anton who spent way too much $$$ at the Glen refueling with 100 octane ($5.75 a gallon) Even though he brought a gas jug he ran out halfway through 3rd session each day Must remember 2 jugs next time.

You won't need 93, as your effective compression ratio will be decreased by the altitude. For ***** and giggles, run a compression test when your car arrives.

i think any relocation to a new city requires them to post new pics of their itr in their new environment.
