Koni Race Shock w/ Ground Control Springs.
Okay! I am about to purchase my Shortened and revalved race shocks from http://www.redshiftmotorsports.com with the Ground Control Coilover and custom rated springs.
I read this frickin awesome write up here https://honda-tech.com/zerothread?id=891136
I currently have fully stock suspension setup.
I have 3 questions.
1) Is there still an issue with the stock upper mount being 10mm instead of 12mm? Can I drill it out myself or is it necessary to have it machined?
2) The bumpstops. Some people said a dremel needs to be introduced to make it fit, other people said they just punded it in with a BFH and it worked. any input on this?
3) Are there any additional parts I will need to buy for this swap? I plan on just buying the Koni Race Shocks w/ GC Coilovers straight from redshiftmotorsports. Can anyone think of anything else I might need to buy to make this work?
Thanks in advance.

The Ground Controls should come with aftermarket top hats that replace the stock upper mount.
If you're installing the Koni Yellows with a different spring (i.e Stock, H&R, TEIN S-Tech, etc), you have to have the 10mm bushing expanded to 12mm. Most take them to a machine shop and have them bored to 12mm, but a drill press works fine, as long as it's 12mm.
Good idea on the new setup, Yellow/GC is a very nice setup.

LMAO, go over to roadrace-autox.com and say that.
Or, an F1 paddock for that matter.
I cant speak for PIC, they may be a good damper, but Koni makes an EXCELLENT shock and if you dont think so you are mistaken.
