Help identify these camshafts - are they ITR/CTR cams?

Is this an CTR/ITR cam?
This is the reference:
This is what I got:
The dude that sold them to me says they are cause he took them off a 2000 ITR. Can Anyone confirm this. What is the cam lobe supposed to measure?
I get 35, I had measure the base of the cam (can't remember what I got) and subtrated and the total difference was about 7mm.
Is that the proper way to measure the cam lobe?

by the looks on the markings they are not a ctr/itr cams. just because it came out of a itr does not mean they are, could be aftermarket though.

You will need to lay down on a special engineering paper which I don expect not many of you have and you need to order those from some engineering supplies place and tell them you want to measure the lobe for a cam. However, I bet it is hard to find it as I was studying in school and needed to buy that paper for a project, it took me freaking a week just to find a place to buy couple. I wish I can give you the source, but I lost it since it has been a while. Anyway, that is how is supposed to be done correctly.

Here is a diagram of a cam lobe
By looking at this to find the lift, I need to measure the widht of the circle/base of the Cam/lobe (the gray area), the measure from the bottom of the lobe ot the tip of the nose/toe.
Subtracting the 2 should give me the lift, correct?
When I do this I am nowhere close to 11 much less 11.5 mm as the spec of the CTR cam.
Does everyone agree?
I could see how I can use a dial indicator but only when I have the attached at the end to simulate rotation in the head.
It makes sense to me.
What I'm I missing......

According to my shop manual (euroITR 98) the cam lobe height should be:
Intake: Primary: 33.088 mm VTEC: 36.865 mm Secondary: 34.732mm
Exhaust: primary: 32.785 mm VTEC: 36.333 mm Secondary: 34.691 mm

so the intake vtec cam lobe height should be 36.8mm? i remember mine was only 35mm. then again that might explain why i only dynoed 155 whp on my itr swap.

The '98 Euro ITR camshaft is the same as the '98 USDM ITR. The specs are the same in the USDM Helms manual.
BTW. Did anyone notice the errors in the USDM Helms manual? There are so many errors.

as far as the lift specs, remember that the rocker ratio also add lift. so the actuall cam lift on the lobes will be smaller than the actual specs, if you want find a head thats out, throw those cams on and measure with a dial indicator, how much the valve opens. if not find out how much the rocker ratio is then calculate he actual lift with the cam specs.
imo, between 98itr and 00itr, theres not much to be gained, you could problly gain it with cam gears, just wait and throw some toda a or b.

Total lift is measured at the valve not at the cam. You need to multiply your measured cam lift by the rocker arm ratio, 1.55 for Vtec lobe and 1.50 for primary lobes according to team integra.

Well, they are defn. not 00-01 ITR cams. The Intake cam should have 2 rings around the base where it the distributor plugs in.
