Default gears starting to grind

over the past couple weeks my transmission has started to grind when I shift gears. it has progressively gotten worse or the past few days. all gears will grind if I dont shift at a low RPM. I have a b18c-LSD tranny with ACT clutch and light flywheel. clutch is 3-4 years old. what is most likely causing this problem? clutch, transmission, low transmission fluid, or other? Thanks for the help

Try to change the LSD fluid first

LSD fluid is only needed for clutch type LSD. Honda MTF works great or you could use redline

Sounds similar to what happened to me. Miy issue was the clutch master... check it and make sure it's not leaking. From the footwell pull the rubber boot off the clutch master and make sure it's dry behind there.
