FS: My 1998 Integra Type R #606 Clean title
History: Bought from orginal owner about 2.5 months ago. Very clean car, every oil change since day one is documented, orginal window sticker included.
Bads: Car has 74,5xx miles on it currently, doesn't show its age at all. has 2 noticeable spots of touch up paint, which may be fixed if the car isn't sold in about 1-2 weeks. Front lip has 3-4 scuffs, may replace with new oem soon. Has been ABSOLUTELY stock its whole life minus a full Alpine soundsystem.
EDIT- just put Falken Azenis 205/50/15's on
Since in my possession I have had Desmon(wrx killer sti eater) install a gps Clifford alarm.
Mods: jdm shiftboot, vision shiftknob, mugen rear view mirror cover and optional roof console. New sidestickers

Lastly, if you are TRULY in the market for a VIRGIN, ORIGINAL, CLEAN TITLE Acura Integra Type R, this IS the one. Again, every oil change is documented at mileage and type of oil used. The original window sticker is included and the car has VERY minimal flaws.
I think I have said all I can about this car for the time being. Before PM'ing me, remember all that I have said above and take into consideration, this IS what you will want if you're looking to preserve and own a piece of Honda history. This car is a legend and has set the benchmark for all "tuner" cars of today, as cheesy as that sounds, its the truth.

Well, it’s time my ITR went up for sale as I’m planning to attend law school this coming fall and I don’t need two cars to be messing around with. Besides, I figure someone else can enjoy this as it would just sit in the garage most of the time. LOWBALLERS NEED NOT APPLY. NOT IN A RUSH TO SELL.

Details:
*1998 Integra Type R – Championship White, duh…
*Location: Kansas City, MO
*General Condition: Engine runs strong. Sadly, I never was able to bring this to any track. I'm not sure if it's ever been tracked. I'd rate the outside as 7 out of 10 as the front bumper and rear bumper were resprayed before and you can still see a little bit of the old chip marks. Also, the front bumper looks like it was cut to run the OEM fogs at one time. The black middle front part of the bumper has slight overspray. There are your normal nicks and door dings and such for a 10 year old car. Again, I daily drove it for the first 6 months of ownership. I later bought a daily GSR and this has sat in the garage for 95% of the time since! The interior I would rate as a strong 8 out of 10 if not a 9. The mats are normal integra grey checkered mats, but in GREAT condition. The driver seat has normal wear for ~125k miles, but there are no tears, cigarette burns, etc. The passenger seat was often not used and the back has been rarely sat in.

Reason why it has a JDM motor:
I could have gotten the original motor (it was sleeved and turbo'd) and rebuilt it but most people, including myself, would rather have a stock ITR motor put together by Honda rather than something built by Joe Blow in his garage. I could have saved some money and gotten a 96 spec motor with a lot of miles, but I spent more to get a 98 Spec motor with lower mileage. The average person probably wouldn't know the difference, but if i was going to do it I was going to do it right. The JDM 4-1 Header and 4.7 final drive seemed to be an upgrade over the stock USDM ITR. There is a turbo timer under the radio but the motor in this car has NEVER BEEN BOOSTED.

I just bought the car but do not think it will be good for what kind of work I do. I am in sales and drive a ton (should have purchased an automatic car). Purchased the car two weeks agoand it has sat since then in the garage. 125k on the chasiss and the engine has 10k It has been rebuilt with oversized jdm itr pistons, supertech valve springs and ti retainer, all honda gaskets and bearings, greddy header, tanabe exhaust, h&r sport springs, 3 new motor mounts, 10k miles on new tires, new clutch slave, skunk 2 upper con and master cylinder,, action 12lb flywheel, new coolant hoses. cold a/c, brand new factory lsd transmission. the motor was rebuilt due to slight rod knock on cold start up by previous onwer . trans was replaced due to 3rd gear grind at high rpms. 1998 ITR 2nd Owner. I purchased this on Oct 22, 2004 @ 76,000 miles and daily drove it for 2 years and then put it in storage. It currently has 100,721 miles. It's in great condition with little wear and tear. It was involved in a hit & run one month after I purchased it. It was rear ended and the car was push forward into another vehicle. So both front and rear bumper has been replace with OEM parts. Sorry, the window visor is not included in the sale.

Location = Socal (Long Beach)
The vehicle is completely stock, beside the OEM carbon fiber shift that the original owner purchased. That, and the chrome spark plug "ITR" cover.

I am the 3rd owner of the car. I purchased the car in April 2006 from a fellow H-T member in Kansas City, Missouri. He had owned the car since April 2004. He purchased the car from Superior Acura dealership in Olathe, Kansas. The car itself runs great and I have loved every minute of owning it. I have just come to a point in my life where the car doesn't mean as much to me as it did previously and I think it should go to someone that would enjoy it more than I do. I am asking $16.2k for the car.

There are a few slight flaws. I will try to make sure all flaws are shown in the pictures (the below pictures are not updated; I will get updated pictures ASAP). As stated earlier, there is a small wear mark on the mesh portion of the driver's seat. It is very small and is pretty much out of sight. The front bumper has normal rock chips that come along with a 70k daily driven car. There is a small ding directly in front of the gas door. The exhaust tip was a little to close to the rear bumper and has wore on it. All performance parts (minus the Comptech Icebox) were on the car when I purchased it. I do not have the factory exhaust (converter and catback). The car did have a CF hood when purchased. The hood has since been sold and replaced with a factory PY hood from H-T member MattyP's car. It matches perfectly; however, the VIN on the hood obviously doesn't match the VIN of the actual car.

The car was under an extended factory warranty until January 2008. The car received a complete once over at the local Honda dealership before it expired. The car will also receive a complete detail before it is purchased.
