Well the time has come to sell my projects cars. First off I have my '97 Integra Type-R. I purchased this chassis from a K20A forum member in 2011. Over the past two years I have worked on getting this car to it's current condition. The vehicle was a stolen recovery chassis purchased through an auction in Pennsylvania, however it now has a clear California title. The vehicle has about 36,000 miles (Original cluster is included). It's been a long journey building building my dream car, but it's time we part ways. Up for sale is my 2001 Acura Integra Type-R that I purchased in 2007. This vehicle has been featured in the following magazines; Sport Compact Car, Super Street, and Honda Tuning twice (One Cover). It is one of the few FWD Hondas to have displayed at SEMA. The vehicle took first place in The Chronicles for Best Honda of 2011. The amount of modifications and custom one-off parts on this vehicle really sets it apart from other Integras in my opinion. 2000 Night Hawk Black Pearl Integra Type R

Car is fully intact from interior to the motor.

Has 220,000+ Miles on the original motor. All highway miles.

Currently the car is not running it died just 3 days ago and I do not have time to fix it and I am unsure of the problem. I just don't have the time to deal with it right now. I'm in a different stage in my life now so the car is going to make room for and SUV. Hate to sell it's been my baby for a very long time. It's dirty and motor could use a rebuilt to make her new again. This is a great car for someone looking to build their dream Type R the way they want it. It won't take much for this car to get running again. A/C still work great!!!!

Major flaws exterior wise both left and right rear side quarter panels have damage due to people backing into it one drunk chic and a box truck at work.

Car has brand new yokos tires on it interior is still very good everything is together nothing separated as far as parts brake pads replaced not too long ago. All original inside and out motor too!

I have the title in hand free and clear.

This car is being offered for sale again, after being off the market for several years. The price is $15,000 or best offer. If the car isn't sold soon, it will be parted out.


I am offering for sale a 1998 Acura Integra Type R that has been extensively modified. Very high quality parts have been used throughout the car in the areas that have been upgraded. The car has a fully built 2.0L racing engine (designed for road course use), modified suspension, and brakes (the seats and other safety equipment were installed to SCCA specifications). The engine, and all other modifications to this car were done by LDL Speed Shop in Las Vegas, Nevada.

With some custom fabrication, we also were able to retain the air conditioning, despite the big tube DTR-FAB (Six-Sigma Racing) header. Every effort was taken to retain a clean “finished” look for the interior, even though it has been completely redone. The front and rear seats and rear seat brackets were removed, along with the ITR center console. The door panels were also customized by an auto interior shop to allow for the size of the racing seat upper bolsters.

Sparco EVO XL racing seats, Sparco/Schroth 5 point harnesses, a padded Autopower roll bar, new custom fit rear carpeting, and a JDM ITR e-brake center console replacement were installed. I have included pictures of the interior from different angles. The Stereo/CD player, power windows, heater, A/C, keyless entry, and alarm all work perfectly. Unfortunately the car is too loud to listen to the stereo though, due to the Burns Stainless TIG welded custom 3” exhaust. Lol!

The LDL built racing engine has less than 5,000 miles, and the chassis has 74,000 miles. The exterior of the car is excellent, just a couple small rock chips. I have at least $25k invested in this car, over and above the original cost of the car. Receipts can be provided to the new owner.

The WORK RSZ-R 15”x 7”+43 offset rims are mint, except the stickers have been removed. Here is a component list, with accompanying photos:

This is a show quality car that is also fast around the track with the right driver. A California/Nevada owned car since new; means it has absolutely no rust. The car produced 234whp on the Mustang Sport Compact Dyno at LDL Speed Shop.

Just bought a house and only have a one car garage so im contemplating selling my 2000 integra type R.
I bought this car about 5 years ago from a friend who had all the work done. I only put about about 13-15,000 miles on it in those 5 years. Stored in the winter, not driven much in the rain. Had alot more plans but life has gotten in the way. Playing with the idea of selling both my cars and consolidating to one so this one goes before my daily driver. Very nice car, fun little toy.
