I have a true 2000 Integra Type R.
All matching vins, still original motor and transmission.
I was told it had a oem rebuild 8k miles ago.
146xxx miles.
Very very clean inside and out.

The previous owner bondo'd the key whole to get in the trunk for some reason, so it needs a trunk popper or a new lock from a donor car, and the plastic cover that goes over the tail light area in the trunk is missing.

The title was marked when it was registered in Washington. Previous owner told me that the title got marked because the JDM front end that was on it at the time had a different vin. The original, matching vin, front end was put back on and he was in the process of trying to get it cleaned. I don't know the credibly of the story though, so I can't garentee that that's the true reason.

I am located in Southern Oregon (Klamath Falls) and will meet part way if the right deal comes along.

I'm the 4th owner of the ITR. Driven @ 8k per year. The vehicle is exceptionally well maintained by a mature, spare-no-expense, adult owner. 2 modifications were done by the previous owner:

- DC Sports exhaust manifold (Header)

Recently, the ITR received Maryland safety and emission inspections. Additionally, a new set of Good Year GT all season performance tires and battery were installed.

I have been around this car since '99 and have owned it twice. I never drive it anymore and would rather upgrade my boat. I hate to even think about selling it, but I just don't do the car justice. Just did oem t belt and water pump service and new pads/rotors all around. Car runs and drives great. Trim and paint are exceptional. A few imperfections here and there but it's a '98 and has been driven. Mileage is around 100k now. Has a jdm cluster though. Typing on my phone. Pm me if interested and can give the full rundown. Only pic I have access to right now. It's the same car from the documentary Pursuit of Function. After that came out I sold the car to a friend and then bought it back four years later. Looking around 13,500 and I also have a brand new set of team dynamics that will go with it.

Updated 9-22-2014 - Car does NOT have a salvage title, DMV made a mistake. Have clean title in hand.

History:
I purchased the car from Marshall in WA 2 years ago and he did much of the mods on the car. I did the transmission rebuild and some of the suspension bits. Car is located in Santa Clara, CA dnguyen81 at gmail

History wise it has a salvage title. Marshall and I did not know this when purchasing the car, but I think it happened when it left CA, and when registered in WA, the WA DMV never picked it up. If you run a carfax or autocheck ( I have a recent auto-check) it still shows up as a clean title.

102,500 miles, Car is recently smogged and has been CA Plated and registered through December 2014. Pictures were taken today, but i haven't put on the CA plates yet, so it has the WA plates on at current. Car was purchased originally in Sunnyvale Acura. Sometime in 2002 it was in a front end accident that made it a salvage title. It was repaired with new panels, bumpers, hood, no damage to radiator support, then it was repainted in dupont paint. It then lived most of it's life in WA until 2013 when I bought it and brought it back to the bay area. Oddly enough if you carfax or autocheck it now, it shows as having a clean title (I have autocheck)

Mods Summary:
Car is ready for a road course or can be driven daily. It has a B18C1 darton sleeved 2.0L engine built by earl laskey. Full skunk2 pro3 cams, skunk2 headers, t1r 70mm exhaust system, custom intake, ectune, forged pistons, 70mm throttle body and more. Has Koni adjustable shocks, hawk hp+ pads, skunk2 coilovers. the transmission has a lightweight flywheel, 3 puck sprung ACT clutch. The tranny has recently been rebuilt with 4.9Final Drive and a GSR 5th gear, syncrotech carbon syncros. Car made 233whp, it's pretty fast for a N/A B-series. Has also Skunk2 Radiator.

I also have the factory b18c5 block that has been refreshed and it will be included with much of the stock parts, suspension, exhaust, intake. The car has volk TE37 15x6.5 wheels with Direzza tires. If you wish to reduce the price I'll include JDM 16" wheels with tires instead.

Issues:
AC Pulley and belt needs to be installed. Some light scratches and marks here and there but nothing major

It's an amazing car to have and to drive I just unfortunately need to get a 4 door car due to growing family.
I have every maintenance record since day one, I'm the 5th owner and I know personally 3 of the 4 previous owners. I have the original window sticker, books, even business card and pen of salesman who sold the car from Tim smith acura in fort Walton. Beach Florida . I brought the car here to SoCal from Florida in August of last year, therefor the car is registered in Florida, I have no idea what it takes to register a car in Cali so don't ask about smog and tags and all that cause I can't help with it.
The clear coat on the roof, part of the good and trunk is fading, it will need paint soon. If I paint before I sell it will cause the price to rise.

No joy rides, I will show the car in the afternoon but no test drives unless u have cash in hand.

I bought a legit 2000 Integra Type R for my wife because she always wanted one, after getting it running, when she finally drove it, she almost had a head on collision and became terrified and does not want to drive it anymore. Now I'm stuck with 2 ITRs, but I only need 1.
