I figured it was the right time for me to sell my project car for the last 9 years. My wife is expecting a baby soon and I need to make room. She has served ,e well as a weekend track car, a daily driven street car, and a show car. Here is the rundown on my baby.

I have decided to go a different direction for a daily driver, so 98-0189 is up for sale. I bought her in July 2013 with no air conditioning and missing some of the interior; but overall complete. Title status is salvage because she was stolen and stripped. NO wrecks, and all VIN tags on the body panels match. Never looks like any panels have ever been off, including the nose and bumper. JDM B18C that runs great and does not use oil. 131,200 miles and counting.
Over the last year, this is what has been done:
•July 13- Replace all four tires- 205/50/15 Hankook Ventus
•Aug 13- Replace all four brake rotors and pads, pressure washed undercarriage and motor
•Sep 13- Installed OEM optional side skirts with new hardware, installed Password JDM rear strut bar, replaced hatch actuator with OEM, removed rear wiper and replaced with Password JDM plug.
•Oct 13- Installed complete A/C system, replaced most bolts with OEM. Installed JDM rear seat and OEM seatbelts. Cleaned all interior panels as they were out for the install.
•Nov 13- Flushed radiator, brakes, clutch, power steering, replaced rack and pinion boots, alignment, replaced fuel filter and spark plugs (NGK Platinum #PFR7G-11) all OEM except for ATE Super Blue for brakes and clutch. Overall health checkup came back clean. Done at Ferman Acura.
•Feb 14- Windows professionally tinted, driver’s side door latch and lock actuator replaced.
•Mar 14- Oil and filter changed. Honda OEM filter, Castrol GTX 5W-30 oil. Installed new OEM Denso compressor. Filled with 4oz of Honda spec compressor oil. Had A/C system recharged and is ice cold.
•May 14- Installed new OEM clutch master and slave cylinders, steel braided clutch line. Flushed and bled system.
•Jul 14- Rota slips were sandblasted and powdercoated white. New forged aluminum lug nuts installed. OEM Honda caps painted and installed.
•Aug 14- Interior completely removed and everything shampooed. Exterior was buffed and polished.
•Sep 14- Oil and filter changed. Honda OEM filter and Mobil1 extended life full synthetic 5w-30 oil.
As part of the sale, the new owner also gets the following parts:
•BNIB OEM Champ White front lip and all new hardware to mount.
•BNIB OEM arm rest, badge, front and rear A’s, and full ITR decal set
•Two boxes of other new OEM bolts, oil filters, used interior panels, and assorted other OEM parts.
•Two spare sets of floor mats- used but in decent shape. One JDM set one USDM set.
As she sits, I would give the exterior a 7.5 because the front lip needs replaced (did not want to put new one on when she is a DD), and the rear bumper needs repainted. Other than that, the paint is really shiny and in decent shape for a 16 year old car. The interior I would rate an 8 because the driver’s seat has some wear and some seams getting loose. Other than that seat, everything else is in great shape.

Listed is my 2000 ITR in amazing condition. This is the one you want added to your unique and hard to find driver's collection. Perfect if you already own an NSX and/or S2000 and want to complete the trifecta of Hondas. ITRs of this quality rarely pop-up, especially one's that haven't been extensively modified - and prices are on the rise. Never driven in snow and rust free as it's a weekend, fair-weather driver. All OEM except for air filter and authentic Mugen pedals. Currently, there is a K&N filter with Samco hose so very high quality parts are used. I have the mint OEM airbox if you would like to return car to bone stock.
Interior is near flawless, including dash and all panels are free of scuffs and marks. Even door sills are scuff free. Seats are in excellent to mint condition. ITR floormats are in excellent condition. Paint has been clayed, sealed, and waxed. Car is ding free as I had it PDR'd under my ownership. I purchased in February 2014 so still have the pre-purchase inspection (PPI) from Bloomington Acura. Had all fluids changed at time of PPI so car is up-to-date and needs no maintenance. Also had performance Direzza DZ 102s installed on all 4 wheels. PPI and recent maintenance paperwork is all available. Car is stored in heated garage under ITR car cover. Clean Carfax and title in hand.
