Default **How to Identify B-series Cams** (Reference with pics)

This is asked rather frequently so i thought i would put together a post regarding anyones questions they may have regarding B-series cams! As you can see below the pics clearly identify the markings that seperate one cam from another.

Looks like a 92-93 B17A intake cam. What Jon posted on the top.

No it has a groove where the b17 does not. Someone sold me this one for 25 bucks and said it was a gsr. Would like to know also
