i have some stanley side markers for a 94 acura integra gs-r. i have a problem wiring the markers. is the marker light suppose to be on when the light is turn on or the marker lights are only on when i use the turn signal? i try every combination to make my markers work. when the marker lights are on, i cannot use the turn signals. when the marker lights are not on, i can use the turn signals. is that suppose to be right. any instructions on how to wire markers?

The side marker is supposed to be a secondary turn signal so it should be off when the turn signal is off.
