windshield wipers dont work on intermidiate
i have a 92 gsr and when i turn the windshield wipers to intermidiate they work like i have them on the low setting and when i turn them to low they stay the same pace so low and high work like they should and if i turn off the switch the wipers stop on the windshield in the spot they were when i switched them off. please help! wiper motor bad maybe or icu bad?
