ya u shud we passed in cali, when we used to live there so u live in PA so i dont think u need to worry, if you lived in cali you cud worry

in pa 95 percent the shops dont even look to make sure its the same engine or anything... most them just look at your safety crap... they really dont care about that here in pa... if so then a lot of my friends and i would be SCREWED but we always pass, and a legit way too haha

my integra if fully built running really rich and 2.5' exhaust with a high flow cat and i still passed easily... my buddies ls special has a jdm b16a in it and he passed both with no problems...

we don't have emmisions in franklin county. get it inspected down here if you don't think you'll pass up there.

yeah you should considering you don't have anything missing from the swap like an exhaust or anything. But to answer your question yes, you should have no problem passing

In most cases you will get gas cap test and visual inspection as far as emissions test goes. But I dont see a reason to fail there. Im an ispection mech and I would pass it. as long as the charqoal canister,catalyst,pcv is there.
