what spring rate are you running on your integra?
currently i'm running full set of ksport coilover w/ 9k in the front, and 7k in the back even when i adjusted the damping all the way to soft, the ride is still pretty punishing to me.
i have kyb agx w/ skunk2 coilover setup prior to this ksport, and the ride was pretty smooth. as i believe the skunk2 coilover have the spring rate at 450f/336r lbs/ft.
what type of spring rate would you guys recommand me to switch to?
7k F / 6k R ?
thanks!
Here is a chart:
5K – 280 ft/lbs
6K – 336 ft/lbs
7k - 392 ft/lbs
8k - 448 ft/lbs
9k - 504 ft/lbs
10k - 560 ft/lbs
11k - 616 ft/lbs
12K - 672 ft/lbs

what a wuss
I use to drive my mom around in my teg with a 12k/10k setup, and she never complained
but seriously if it bothers you that much; a nice compromise is 6k/6k

I used to run GC's w/ 380f/450r (about 7k/8k I guess) and it was pretty bad, especially on my 100-mile daily commute.
Since then I have put the stock GS-R springs back on the front, and stock ITR springs in back, still on the Koni shocks on the lowest perch height. I love the way it rides and it handles pretty well (ITR rear sway helps) and looks pretty nice too.

Same here. But actually, the fronts are 380 I think.
I would like to try low 400s first before going up higher.
